Resolved Question: Do you have to take SAT/ACT to get into college?

Hi! Well im going to the army on January 31 2011. I did HORRIBLE in high school. But can you please tell me if this a good plan. I want to take online courses that are worth two years of credits online while im in the army active duty. Then when i get out after my 4 years I want to transfer those credits to a major university. Can you do that?? And if i do go this route do i still need to take the SAT or ACT ( i never took it in high school)? And lets say i want to go to Missouri university could i take online courses for them on their site then go to the campus after two years?
